For yoga sessions—including Lunchtime Lift, Weekend Reset, or one-time events—employees should bring their own mat and wear comfortable clothes they can move freely in. A change of clothes may be needed depending on the day’s attire.
Employers may choose to provide mats for added convenience.
For virtual wellness breaks, no mat or wardrobe change is necessary.

Session length depends on the package:
Lunchtime Lift: 40 minutes — enough time to reset and still grab a snack.
Weekend Reset: 75 minutes (a full-length yoga class). Can be shortened to 60 minutes if needed, though pricing remains the same.
Virtual Wellness Breaks: 20 minutes — includes 5 minutes for welcome/goodbye and 15 minutes of guided mindfulness and movement.

No problem! There is no experience necessary and there are always variations available, no matter the individual’s fitness level.

One-time sessions are available for wellness days, team retreats, or special events. However, my packages are designed as ongoing programs so employees can experience the full benefits over time. While a single session can be a great boost, it doesn’t provide the same lasting impact and support that regular weekly classes do.
