  • No special equipment is needed. Chair yoga is designed to be done right at employees’ desks or in a conference room using the chairs you already have.

    Participants stay fully clothed in their regular work attire, and movements are gentle, accessible, and workplace-appropriate. I bring the guidance — you just provide the space and the people.

  • Each session is 30 minutes, designed to fit easily into the workday without disrupting productivity.

    It’s enough time to release tension, improve mobility, and help employees reset mentally — without needing to change clothes, shower, or block off a large part of their schedule. Many teams schedule sessions during lunch breaks or as a mid-morning or mid-afternoon recharge.
