No special equipment is needed. Chair yoga is designed to be done right at employees’ desks or in a conference room using the chairs you already have.
Participants stay fully clothed in their regular work attire, and movements are gentle, accessible, and workplace-appropriate. I bring the guidance — you just provide the space and the people.
